No Children under 12 years except during Christmas: i.e from December 18th to Jan 10th.
If a booking is cancelled in writing no later than 14 days prior to arrival in the summer, or 21 days prior to arrival in the winter, 45 days during cricket and Easter; Resort shall refund all payments less a penalty of 3 nights. No refund will be provided for cancellations after the above dates, or in case of a no-show, or an early departure, or if the booking is 3 nights or less.
Bookings must be made for 5 nights or more.
